That’s why FORTIV Groups exist: to give high-performing men a space where they can drop the mask, speak the truth, and grow in brotherhood and boldness for the things that matter most.
FORTIV Groups are intimate, faith-integrated leadership collectives where men sharpen one another through in person radical honesty, deep accountability, bi-monthly coaching, and a shared pursuit of God's truth and purpose in faith, family, and business.
We meet in person to speak what’s real — not just what’s impressive.
This isn’t a Bible study. It’s a forge.
What makes FORTIV different is its blend of executive peer advisory, spiritual formation, and breakthrough coaching—all grounded in true identity, not pressure. It’s where high-capacity men recover their heart and lead from strength.

How It Works:
- 8–10 men per group for depth, trust, and transformation
- Monthly full-day in-person gatherings (9am–4pm) to sharpen faith, family, and business objectives.(Monthly in person gatherings occur in Southern California)
- Biweekly individualized virtual group coaching with your “Ride or Die” partner (60 min Zoom, 2 leaders per group)
- Annual 3–4 day expedition for adventure, clarity, and spiritual breakthrough
- Frameworks and tools to perform at your highest capacity
